We manufacture the protective lining for the cargo compartment on our own CNC milling equipment.
The van lining kit includes:
- 12 mm birch plywood floor covering with aluminum hollows, finishing cups with mounting rings, anti-slip surface, dark gray color;
- 4.8 mm honeycomb plastic panels provide increased resistance to punctures, moisture and chemicals, gray color;
- mounting kit and clamps for fastening.
The cargo compartment wall cladding is made of plastic - 100% polypropylene (PP), structured with honeycombs.
The plastic is about 60% lighter than 6.5 mm plywood, which means payload preservation, fuel economy, and a practical solution for use.

Our protection kits give your van a more attractive appearance and protect it from bumps or scratches, leaving the walls and floor intact, which is important when reselling your vehicle and also makes it easier to clean. The light gray color of our side panels will brighten up the interior of your van.
They are ready to install, machined and pre-drilled, perfectly matching your vehicle model.
Self-installation is easy, as all parts are processed on CNC milling equipment. You can install the van lining yourself or additionally order an installation service from our company or our partners.
