We manufacture the protective lining of the cargo compartment using CNC equipment.
The van lining kit includes:
- 12 mm birch plywood floor covering with aluminum hollows, finishing cups with fixing rings and anti-slip surface, color gray
- 4.8 mm honeycomb plastic panels provide increased resistance to punctures, moisture and chemicals, gray color
- plastic (HDPE) wheel arch protectors made of high quality unbreakable plastic, high-density polyethylene (HDPE), silver color. The covers protect the wheel arch from bumps and scratches. These wheel arch covers give the cargo area an aesthetic appearance;
- installation kit and mounting clips.
Installation recommendations:
Install the wheel arch skirts first. Next, press the side wall panels (plywood or plastic) against the walls of the van and, last but not least, press them against the floor covering (plywood or plastic). Optionally, you can glue them to the vehicle body. For reasons of rust protection, it is not recommended to fix the plates with screws. By following the procedure described above, you will securely fasten all the trim elements inside the body
The lining of the cargo compartment walls is made of plastic - 100% polypropylene (PP), structured with honeycombs.
Plastic is about 60% lighter than 5mm plywood, which means payload preservation, fuel economy, and a practical solution for use.
The material structure is easy to clean and very convenient for daily use.
